what are his tasks and duties?

he is constantly involved:
• in the maintenance, repair and continous check of electronic equipment, like

  2. Yuv-Graphics Video Station
  3. SVHS Video Station (no longer used)
  4. VHS Video Station
  5. digital FAST Video Machine (no longer used)
  6. digital EditDV Video Workstation (no longer used)
  7. digital FCP Video Workstation
  8. digital Video Station (AVID)
  9. Satellite Downlink
  10. digital Audio Workstation (ProTools I & II)
  11. analogue Audio Station
  12. Photolab
  13. mobile Audio Equipment
  14. mobile Video Equipment
  15. mobile Photo Equipment
      
• in functional as well as technical support for those students desperately in need for First Aid in how to get along with the machinery
• in logistical support (as creating short algorithmical handling lists, wiring diagrams, short user manuals - because it really got complicated over the years....)
• in the planing and realisation of studio equipment likely to be installed (or make it even more confusing) in cooperation with Dr. Alois Pluschkowitz
• in maintenance and further developement of the STUDIO-Database
• in some first attempts to create a little STUDIO-Homepage
• plus various studio-projects and -performances
